Rachel Finch is a Registered Yoga Teacher and also holds a certification in Chair Yoga. She believes in making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Her teaching style is welcoming, supportive, and caring, with a complete focus on her students.
Our series will include gentle stretching and low impact movements done lying down, standing up, and seated on a chair. You will learn how to release tension and stiffness from your hips, back, shoulders, and neck, build strength and stability, improve balance and coordination. You will leave class feeling calm and relaxed, feeling connected to a part of like minded people and delighted by your increased range of motion and flexibility will be a delight!
This is a perfect class for beginners or those new to yoga. You will be given modifications and props, so everyone can practice at their own level of comfort. We do ask that you be able to get down to the floor and up from the floor (will use chairs to help with this).
