Fall Schedule September 30 - December 21

Unless otherwise stated, classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. If you have a special health concern, please contact us for guidance as to the best class for you. Private Sessions are available and are recommended, at least to begin, if you have a serious health issue. Tai Chi & Qigong are not competitive or ranked; everyone learns at a pace that suits them. Please review our frequently asked questions.

New Students Most Welcome Fall Session! Join any "all levels" class. 
Intermediate level classes are for students with at least 1 year of study and a home practice.
