Embrace The Moon turned 31 years this week! It sure does continue to be an amazing experience. I'm grateful, to all of you, teachers, students, allies along the Way, who have made the improbable not just possible, but robust and thriving.

It is a privilege to work as both student and teacher with

thousands of people all over the world,all of whom actively and intentionally cultivate health and well-being: mentally, physically, spiritually. I’m 100% sure we are all manifesting the very best of humanity. This keeps me alive myself, full of optimism and joy. Salute!

Chen Bing Returns! October 28 - November 1

Welcome back Master Chen Bing! We are excited for your return. This year we are moving into the Xinjia Yilu (New Frame, first road), as well as more of Master Chen’s signature Fang Song and his exquisite 49 Sword!

And… exciting news…Master Chen is traveling with his 26 year old Son, Chen Shaotong, who has himself been practicing under his father’s instruction since he was 4. We will have a chance not only to nurture and learn ourselves, but to experience living history, one generation of the founding family nurturing the next.

Chen Zi Qiang Returns! December 9 - 13

Welcome back Master Chen Zi Qiang to Seattle! It’s going to be an amazing workshop to take us out of 2026. Master Chen will teach Taiji Ball (Sphere), Short Cannon Fist, and Fan! We may even sneak a little Push Hands in there too.
